Client Setup
Fine-tune how Backdoor Checker recognises each client company.
Your candidates are added to the watchlist automatically from your ATS. This page is for two things that need a human decision:
1. Same client, different names. Your T&Cs typically say the fee applies to the client and any associated company. If your CRM has "Barclays Corporate Banking" but the hire comes through "Barclays Investment Bank UK Ltd", Backdoor Checker won't connect the dots unless you tell it those are the same entity. Add subsidiaries and trading names here so nothing slips through. 2. Agreed T&Cs period for a specific client. Your default is set in Settings (usually 6 or 12 months). If you've agreed different terms with a particular client — say 6 months for a big account that pushed back, or 18 months for a client where you've been burned before — you can record that here so Backdoor Checker watches for exactly the right length of time.
